Healing begins with the power of intention and thought.

A typical healing session with me begins with you laying down and I talk you through relaxing your body, from head to toe. You are then guided through a grounding technique, allowing you to connect with Mother Earth. I guide you through a few affirmations to set the tone of your healing session. 

I ensure that you are feeling 100% safe and comfortable first. I then open my healing channels, protect myself and yourself, and connect to your root chakra, clearing away any negative and stagnant energy that I can feel/sense/see. I then pour love and guidance into your chakra, guiding you through personalised chakra affirmations that I feel will help you to raise your vibration.

This process is repeated for each chakra. You are then guided through another grounding technique. I use divine holy light source energy to raise your vibrations. Once the session is complete, I protect your energy once again and close my healing channels. 

Once the healing session is finished, I will provide you with feedback on what I felt from your chakras. This could include energies that I felt, feelings, visions, anything that I felt needed working on in your life or any messages that I retrieved during. Anything that comes up for you during the healing session will always be explained to you in our feedback time, once the healing session is done. 

Over the next few days, after your healing session, up to a week later, you will be releasing the old, stagnant and negative energy. Past feelings, memories and trauma may come up to the surface, for you to release and let go of safely.

I always support my clients and check-in with them after their healing. I am just a message away from a chat and always there to guide you through this magical journey to self-love. 

Regular healing sessions allows for the energy within your chakras to be constantly flowing and rotating smoothly. You begin to understand yourself and the way you are, on a deeper conscious level. You work through the heartaches and traumas of your life, releasing those negative feelings and energy, making space for new opportunities and blessings.
